Liberia Tranportation Profile 2012
Most of Liberia's roads are unpaved. Monrovia's main port. Roberts International Airport, near Monrovia, is the main airport.In tonnage, Liberia has one of the largest fleets in the world merchant. This is mainly due to the large number of foreign companies that register their ships in Liberia because the fees are nominal and the country imposes virtually no regulations regarding navigation. Railways link the mining areas more ports.
