Iran’s Fisheries Organization Director Gholam Reza Razeqi
IRAN, 2013/07/21 Iran’s Fisheries Organization Director Gholam Reza Razeqi says the Islamic Republic plans to export $350 million worth of fishery products in the current Iranian schedule time(started March 21, 2013). He added that European nations, inclunding Spain, France, Germany and Italy, are the major customers of Iranian sturgeons and shrimps, while Iraq is the major consumer of Iranian warm-water fish species. Razeqi further noted that Russia and Ukraine have been identified as new markets in the region, and plans are underway to export Iranian fishery products to them. -
